After successful submission of Candidate’s fee, Company will provide a Fee Slip, Signed Agreement Copy and a Confirmation Mail regarding starting of his/her process.
Why agreement is mandatory to sign and with whom?
Agreement is a written form of our company’s terms and conditions that is signed between Candidate and our Company. It also works as a proof that a Candidate is registered with us.
How many interviews will be conducted?
We do not provide limited interviews. We will conduct interviews for the Candidate until he/she gets selected.
How is it possible to get a job in Canada in Rs.35000/-?
We are not providing you job in just Rs.35000/-. This is just your Documentation charges to apply for the job. After getting selected, there will be salary deduction for first 3 months.
Why salary is deducted? How much salary will be deducted?
What is the guarantee of the job?
There will be never 100% guarantee for the job from our side because that depends upon Candidate’s documents and profile.
What if the Candidate does not get a Job?
When can a Candidate apply for refund?
After completion of 6 months candidate gets eligible to apply for refund.
Why only Rs. 20000/- are refundable?
Rs. 15000/- is a non-refundable fee in any case because that includes service charges of Canadian Recruitment Company.
In which case Company will not refund money?
If a Candidate submits any False document, has any issue with the medical, fails to provide PCC[Police Clearance Certificate] or back outs due to any personal reason within lock in period[6 months], then the Candidate is not eligible for the refund.
What kinds of expenses are provided by the Hotel?
All the major expenses such as (Visa, Air Tickets, Food, Accommodation, LMIA and Medical) are provided by the Hotel in which Candidate gets selected.
Will this be an open work permit?
Hotel will provide Candidate a contract based work sponsorship visa [WX1- visa category]. Candidate cannot work with any other organization for 2years.
Can a candidate take my family/spouse with him?
No. But, Candidate can invite his family members on tourist visa after completion of 1 year.
Why legal bond is mandatory for Candidate?
Legal Bond is mandatory for all candidates because hotel is spending all your major expenses. They want that a selected candidate should work for at least for 2 years with the Hotel, so that they can recover their expenses spent on the candidate initially.
How to apply for PR after 1 year?
Candidate is eligible to apply for PR after 1year. Hotel will help the candidate and will provide all the required documents to apply for PR.
When they will get LMIA and by whom?
After completion of all the formalities regarding the job, hotel will apply for the LMIA on its own and will provide a copy to the Candidate also.
Who will provide offer letter?
Offer Letter will be provided by the Hotel directly only to the Candidate.
Can you provide me any visa or offer letter of registered candidates?
All the Credential documents related to the Job or Immigration are provided directly to the Candidate.
